Finger Expansion Joint
Finger Expansion Joint, also known as comb expansion joint, consists of symmetrical or non-symmetrical elements(such as comb or saw-tooth or sinusoidal plates) which are anchored on one side of the deck joint gap and interpenetrate to bridge deck joint gap. Commonly, finger expansion joint with symmetrical elements is called cantilever expansion joint suitable for small expansion amount, while finger expansion joint with non-symmetrical elements is called supported finger expansion joint more suitable for larger expansion amount.

Finger Expansion Joint Making Process
Steel parts cutting by cutting machine→drill holes by laser machine→ welding anchor plate and anchor bar shot blasting by abrasion blasting equipment→prepare bolts with screw
use polisher to grind and repair steel plate until the surface is plane products painting →vulcanizing of drainage channel and drill holes
